The Elements

The survival skills of Talon, T-Bear, Raven and Mushom are tested by an unexpected storm. The children are helping Mushom (grandfather) set up a cultural camp so young people can learn traditional ways. Bad weather hits and the radio, generator and ATV break down. Mushom leaves the camp for help but has an accident along the way. Left alone, the children have several mishaps- including accidentally blowing up their ATV- and abandon camp. The family makes it home safely, but their journey to Elders Island teaches the children that taking shortcuts at any age is best avoided. T-Bear learns that his knowledge of electronics can come in handy in any situation.

All's Fair

When two Northern strangers come to Wapos Bay, Talon and T-Bear learn the value of their own traditions. T-Bear and a new kid from Nunavut sweat it out to prove who Wapos Bay's best athlete is. And Talon is in awe of a star hockey player who visits the community. T-Bear realizes that his family has taught him how to navigate his way on the hockey ice and out on the land. He also learns that cooperating is more important than competing. And Talon sees what a great role model his dad Alphonse is.

As The Bannock Browns

The carnival comes to Wapos Bay, and T-Bear is smitten by the carnival owner's daughter, Evelyn, and will do anything to help out at the carnival. T-Bear's dad Jacob tries everything to keep his son away from the "carnies," as he calls them, because of his own earlier experiences. Raven is bedridden with chicken pox and develops an overactive imagination by watching too many soap operas on TV.

Guardians

T-Bear, Talon, Jacob and Mushom think that they have videotaped a Bigfoot around Wapos Bay. Jacob and T-Bear try to sell the footage for $6 million to Steve from Austin, Texas (Lee Majors), who works for the O.S.I. (Observation of Sasquatch Institute). Raven learns about sharing with her mother Sarah and grandmother Kohkum while picking berries for the elders of the community.

The Hunt

The community of Wapos Bay is celebrating Kohkum Mary's nomination for a lifetime Aboriginal Accomplishment Award. Mushom, Jacob, Talon and T-Bear must go hunting a moose for the traditional honor feast. T-Bear helps an old hunter, Gabriel, who accidentally shoots and injures a mother moose with her young calf. They must track down the moose in order to save them both and restore balance to the environment.

T-Bear learns that the memory of his mother is important after he tries to find his father a new wife. T-Bear and Jacob wear their pink shirts to support breast cancer research, and T-Bear decides that his father should get remarried. So he enlists the help of Talon and Devon to and the potential new wife. Meanwhile, Raven goes behind her mother's back to use makeup. Her new passion leads to Raven getting a makeover by Kohkum Mary and Devon. T-Bear realizes that his father is happy, and that his pursuit of a wife for his father may have been a hunt for a mother.

Talon and T-Bear both ask the same girl to their class dance. When the dance is cancelled, the boys concoct their own dance?and a way to sort out their romantic conflict. After seeking guidance from Kohkum Mary, he goes to the mountain on a quest to see if his obsession is with the game, or just dancing.

Making It Right

T-Bear is tired of things not working like they are supposed to around his house. He learns about the Mike Holmes show, where home repair is just a phone call away. Talon gets behind in his homework and takes Devon's suggestion of skipping school in order to catch up on his work. They and that playing at the tree fort is not helping in getting the homework done. After being chosen for home renovations, Mike Holmes and T-Bear learn that the other homes of the elders are in worse condition than his own. This news becomes a mission when they advocate for better housing conditions across the country.

Talon, T-Bear and Devon are bored and want to go to the beach along the river to swim, but Mushom becomes ill and cannot take them. Uncle Peter decides to help the boys, but they have to collect the fish from the nets first. Raven goes on a girls' summer camp and gets caught up in the gossip about her friend Amber. More and more chores and tasks arise before they can go swimming, which frustrates Talon, T-Bear and Devon. Raven begins to feel uncomfortable when Amber finds out. Things become worse and worse when they try to finally go swimming. Raven must decide who to believe in all the rumors and gossip. The ensuing adventure makes Talon, T-Bear and Devon realize that spending time with Uncle Peter was more enjoyable than if they had just gone swimming.

Jacob's plan to instill pride in the community is misinterpreted and evident in the Wapos Bay Parade.

T-Bear, Talon and Devon learn that their favorite rap artist is performing in Wapos Bay. When T-Bear wins two tickets to the show, he must decide who he should take, Talon or Devon. Talon and Devon's battle to win the free ticket turns into a turf war. The boys become split and divided. The boys themselves become estranged to their family with their new looks and attitudes. When the boys' actions begin to have a negative influence on Raven, they can see themselves and begin to put things in perspective.
